Co-founder of Kitchen Three, established in Cairo in November 2013. Karim brings over 30 years of experience building and operating ventures across tourism, F&B, and digital communities. He founded and ran Sea Queen Fleet in the Red Sea from 1993 to 2021, before turning his full focus to Kitchen Three — growing it from a home kitchen operation into Egypt's leading full-stack culinary consultancy across nine service pillars. In 2021 he led the launch of Kitchen Hive, an international-standard cloud kitchen facility in New Cairo built to HACCP and Codex Alimentarius certification. He also co-founded the AUC Alumni Benefit Community in 2022, which now spans 6,000+ members across 50+ specialised groups.
Co-founder and Culinary Director of Kitchen Three. Hadil is the culinary engine behind everything Kitchen Three builds — from the earliest days of Cookies & Pies in 2013, the home kitchen brand that became the foundation of the company, through to the launch of the Kitchen Three Culinary School in 2016 and the Kitchen Hive cloud kitchen facility in 2021. With over 20 years of culinary experience and an AUC education, she combines artisan craft with the business rigour of a Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women graduate. Hadil has trained professionals, entrepreneurs, and home cooks through the Culinary School in partnership with the Egyptian Chefs Association, and continues to lead all culinary direction, chef relationships, and product development across every Kitchen Three engagement.
