Chef Ramy Somoeil Gad Gerges, a dedicated Egyptian chef, has spent over 20 years mastering Lebanese, Italian, and Mediterranean cuisines, blending passion into every dish. A graduate of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels, he refined his skills in prestigious kitchens like NileCity, Rossini Restaurant, and Callisto's in Italy, later leading teams as General Chef at Raffaello and Abdel-Wahab, and now serving as Sous Chef at Babyl Restaurant. Fluent in Arabic and Italian, Ramy's creativity, work ethic, and collaborative spirit shine through in his bold, refined culinary creations, delivering unforgettable fine-dining experiences with international flair.
