Hadeel Amasheh, a Jordanian entrepreneur and mother of two, moved to Cairo in 1988 where she built a thriving life. In 2013, Hadeel turned her love for baking into reality by launching Cookies N Pies, an eco-friendly, zero-waste bakery. Starting from a small family kitchen, it grew into a premium online bakery offering over 120 delectable treats, including gluten-free and vegan options.
