Hadeel Amasheh, a Jordanian entrepreneur and mother of two, moved to Cairo in 1988 where she built a thriving life. A proud AUC alumna and Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women graduate, she spent over a decade refining her skills in the culinary arts as a member of the Egyptian Chefs Association, with a passion for pastry and bakery arts. In 2013, Hadeel turned her love for baking into reality by launching Cookies N Pies, an eco-friendly, zero-waste bakery. Starting from a small family kitchen, it grew into a premium online bakery offering over 120 delectable treats, including gluten-free and vegan options. With a focus on quality, innovation, and sustainability, Hadeel has set a new benchmark in Cairo's artisanal bakery scene.
