Enzo Bonneau, a French pastry chef born in 1997 in Toulouse, is renowned for his creativity and expertise in luxury hospitality. After training in Valencia, he honed his skills at prestigious venues including The Waterside Inn (3 Michelin stars, England) and La Dame de Pic (2 Michelin stars, London), later leading pastry teams at top establishments such as Hôtel Arima (4-star, San Sebastian) and La Gaia (1 Michelin star, Ibiza). Since 2019, Enzo has worked as an international consultant, mentoring aspiring chefs and earning accolades including 2nd place at the 2021 Toque d'Or Pâtisserie (France). Fluent in multiple languages, he blends classic French techniques with global flavours. Chef Enzo specialises in plated desserts.
